Depending on the nature of an event, there may be live demonstrations, sensual imagery, and adult video clips that are shown for educational purposes. Detailed event/program descriptions should help attendees gauge their personal comfort level before registering. Crystal does not engage in sexual or unconsensual touch with program attendees or private clients.

Please note that all sales are final unless otherwise specified. Requests for a refund will be considered if made within 24 hours of purchase. Please email crystallizedsexuality@gmail.com to make your request. Any requests made after 24 hours of purchase will be declined. Any deposits made 10 days before a live event are not eligible for a refund. Please review our Terms of Use prior to purchasing.

The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during coaching sessions confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., in the event of imminent harm to the Client or others, or as required by court order). If the Client requests, the Coach may provide a summary or report based on the sessions, but only with the Client’s written consent. While we are not bound by the laws of HIPPA under the provision of the Services, confidentiality is an important element of the client/coach relationship. Your identity and ongoing work will be kept strictly confidential.
